Dance and movement therapy is a form of (psycho-)therapy that uses dance and movement to promote personal growth and healing. This therapy is based on the connection between the psyche (mind) and soma (body), where the body serves as an instrument and movement as a process to foster awareness and integration. No dance experience or specific dance steps are needed during the sessions; we work with the natural movement possibilities of your body.

Through exercises focusing on grounding, breathing, and body awareness, you can release tensions and emotions while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. The aim is to move in a safe, judgment-free environment, creating space for transformation and self-acceptance.
